Applies to: the alertmitra.com website and the AlertMitra waitlist. The AlertMitra app will have its own Terms, published before the app launches (including subscriptions and refunds).

1. Who we are

“AlertMitra” is a product brand of Nitin Kumar, an individual based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Contact: hello@alertmitra.com.

2. The waitlist

By joining the waitlist you ask us to send you updates about AlertMitra. We do not promise a launch date or any particular feature, and joining does not create an agreement for us to deliver an app. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing “unsubscribe” to hello@alertmitra.com.

3. Using this website

You agree to use the website lawfully. You must not try to break or overload it, copy it in bulk by automated means, or pretend to be AlertMitra or to act for us.

4. AlertMitra is independent, and alerts are information only

AlertMitra is not a government app and is not connected to any government agency. Examples of alerts on this website are samples to show how the app will look. Real alerts will link to their official source, and you should always check that source before acting. AlertMitra is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.

5. Our intellectual property

The AlertMitra name, logo, text and design belong to us. You may view the website for your own use. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

6. Links to other websites

We may link to official and other third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranties

The website and its information are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free.

8. Limit of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version and date above show the latest one. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law.

11. General

These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the website. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part at some time, we have not given it up.
